Tanner Cavaille, CPFA®

Tanner was born and raised in Salem, Oregon, where he developed an early passion for baseball — a competitive drive that has since transitioned into a love for golf.

He began his academic career studying Business at Oregon State University before transferring to Corban University, where he balanced full-time work while completing his degree. While building a successful career in the wireless industry, Tanner later returned to Corban University to earn his Master of Business Administration (MBA), further strengthening his foundation in leadership, strategy, and client service.

After more than 13 years of consistent growth and leadership experience in both the retail and dealer channels of the wireless industry, Tanner made a strategic transition into financial services to pursue his long-term goal of helping individuals and business owners make more confident financial decisions. He started at New York Life, where he worked closely with hundreds of clients on life insurance and long-term care planning while deepening his expertise in retirement strategies.

Seeking greater flexibility and broader planning capabilities for his clients, Tanner moved to Crown Capital Securities, L.P. in late 2020. He later joined Cetera Investors, a transition that allows him to operate with true independence and access enhanced resources to deliver comprehensive retirement and wealth planning solutions.

Tanner is passionate about helping clients prepare for one of life’s most significant financial transitions — retirement — and is committed to delivering thoughtful guidance and a high level of personal service to the individuals, families, and business owners he serves.

He has been married to his wife, Stephanie, since 2017, and they have one son, Parker. Outside of work, Tanner enjoys golfing, skiing, wine tasting, following his favorite sports teams, and spending time with friends and family.
